How to use Athena Patient Portal

Step 1: Call the clinic

Dial (912)366-1362. When the automated system answers dial 104. If you are a new patient additional steps may be required to set up your account. If you are an existing patient, you will be asked to provide an email address that you can access.

Step 2: Check Your Email

Look in your email inbox for a message from the clinic with instructions on how to access the portal. The email should be labeled "athenaPatient". If you cannot find it check your spam or junk folder.

Step 3: Download the App

Download the Athena Patient Portal app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Install the app and enter the password you created via the email. If you cannot access the app via phone you can access it here by clicking the "Open Athena Portal" button located above these instructions

And that's it you can now message us to access lab results, schedule appointments, and more!
